WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM?
All items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving the order on business day from our place in NSW, Australia.
DOMESTIC STANDARD SHIPPING
- FREE SHIPPING on ALL orders Australia wide.
- Standard delivery normally takes 2-6 business days, sometimes it could delay up to 10 business days.
- Please send us a message if you still haven’t got it after 10 business days, we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
DOMESTIC EXPRESS SHIPPING
- Express shipping - $9.99 AUD flat rate
- FREE EXPRESS* shipping on orders over $150 AUD
*Express shipping means your order will arrive to you within next business day or 2-3 business days depending on the delivery is in metro or regional area.

For our International customers we have the below options available:
- Flat rate standard shipping $29.95 AUD
International orders include tracked shipping. Delivery takes approx 5-10 business days in most countries.
We do not take responsibility for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees or any other charges that may be issued by the receiving country.
